Dynamic Insights with Date Range Selector
Positioned in the top-left corner of the Dashboard, the date range selector allows the timeframe for data display to be defined.
This selection dynamically updates insights across four key sections:

Seamless Transition Between Classic and New Generation Capture
When the toggle is active, screens converted to New Generation Capture (NGC) will operate in the NGC environment, while screens not yet updated will continue to display in the Classic Capture interface. |

View recently ingested content, including set titles, asset counts, and ingestion dates, to stay informed.
Hovering over and clicking on the preview enables efficient navigation directly to the set containing the displayed asset, enhancing the browsing experience.

Overview
The Overview section offers a bird's-eye view of system performance and health. Please be aware that this specific section on the Dashboard focuses on the cumulative figures of your system's entire lifespan.
Overview provides a snapshot of critical metrics, including:
- Total Pending Batches - displays the total number of unresolved batches in the processing queue. It provides a quick overview of sets that are unfinished or being processed in your system.
- Total Front-end - displays the total number of users who have registered on the front-end of your system. It provides an overview of the user base and the number of individuals who have signed up to access additional features or benefits.
- Back-end Users provides the total number of users who have registered with administrative or back-end access to your system. It provides an overview of the registered users who have privileged access to manage and control various aspects of your system.
- Total Assets Ingested displays the total number of files, media, or resources that have been uploaded into your system.
- Total Assets Published represents the total number of assets published for public or permission-based viewing on your front-end. It provides an overview of the number of files, media, or resources that have been approved and released for viewing or consumption by site visitors.
Top Downloads
The Top Downloads section on the dashboard displays the most frequently downloaded assets by the front-end users of your site.
The Count indicates how many times the asset has been downloaded by front-end users in the selected period.
The title of the set indicates which set the asset is part of, while the creator’s registered name is displayed just underneath the title.

User Registrations
The Active Users section provides information about the number of users who are engaged with the front-end of your site within a set period.

User Login by Country
The Users by Country section presents data in a visually engaging manner using colour coding, represented as a heat map. This section showcases the intensity of user presence and provides valuable information regarding the geographic distribution of site users, based on their respective countries. By offering insights into the international reach and audience composition of the site, it helps you understand the global impact and diversity of your user base.

New Users
The New Users section on the dashboard provides information about the number of new users who have recently registered on your site.
It offers a snapshot of the user growth and acquisition, highlighting the influx of new individuals joining your user base.
You can contact the users directly by clicking on the envelope icon or review their profile by selecting their registered name.

Asset Status
The Asset Status section on the dashboard provides information about the current state of assets in your system. It allows administrators or content managers to track and manage the lifecycle or progress of different assets, such as text, audio, images, videos, or any other resources.
Asset Status by Category: Ingested - ingested refers to files, media, or resources, that have been uploaded into your system and are available for processing by a system administrator.
Deleted - deleted refers to files, media, or resources that have been intentionally removed from your system. When assets are deleted, they are typically permanently removed from the system and are no longer accessible or recoverable through normal means. |
Published – published refers to files, media, or resources that have been made available for public or permission-based consumption and are used by the intended audience on your front-end website. Typically, these assets have undergone a process of approval, review, and preparation before being shared with your users.
Publishing failed - publishing failed refers to files, media, or resources that encountered an error or issue during the process of being made available for public or permission-based viewing. These assets were intended to be published but encountered a failure, preventing them from being successfully shared with your users.
